48″ tall Next Generation Rolling Sign Base/Post; Black. Universal sign holder (18″ dia. x 12″ tall) with large recessed 3″ wheels for traffic, parking, safety signs and more; 1 or 2 sided display. Includes 2″ pre-drilled pole that stands 48″ high and accommodates signs from 9″x12″ to 18″x24″ and 12″x36″. Includes exclusive EZ-GRIP Finial and Stability Plates that keep signs from twisting on post. Rolling water or sand filled base for stability and wind resistance holds up to 30+ lbs of ballast; just Grip, Tip and Roll to move in or out; user stays clean and dry.
